Insider wanted to expand their brand awareness across the Insider channel and two of their subsidiaries' channels, Business Insider & Tech Insider.

I strategized an effective approach to increase brand visibility and engagement by over 1.5B (billion) interactions in just six months.

​

Across the three Insider YouTube channels, we saw an incredible growth curve, adding 8,000,000+ subscribers to their total following in 2021.

Mozi Media

YouTube Growth (Organic)

Alex & Leila Hormozi, being one of the leading sources for business content online, had a large catalog of content they desired to repurpose and distribute across YouTube for quick organic reach.

 

Understanding the engagement patterns of YouTube consumers, I repurposed the Hormozis' videos into bite-sized, digestible content on their third channel.

 

Within 8 months, we reached 190 million users, generating 25 million organic engagements.

YouTube Growth (Paid)

Decentralized Masters, already positioned as an authority figure in the Web 3.0 space, wanted to capitalize off of high budget campaigns across YouTube, spanning well past $300,000 in monthly ad spend.

Through direct targeting, strategic placement strategies, and consistent creative testing, Decentralized Master's solidified their position as a leading educational resource in the crypto and DeFi sectors through a highly effective, ongoing campaign.

Dr. Andrew Neville

YouTube Growth (Organic)

Dr. Andrew Neville wanted to create content that was getting in front of the right audience. With an older ICP, he was finding it difficult to reach them on YouTube. We weren't looking for millions of views, but rather a consistent source of traffic from the right audience.

In one month, I increased Dr. Andrew Neville's YouTube engagement by over 400%, effectively placing his content in front of the right demographic, with some Shorts achieving 5,000+ daily views and 80% AVD.

​

The strategy heavily relied on leveraging the massive organic reach of YouTube shorts in combination with optimizing all content for the right target audience, to help direct the YouTube Algorithm.

YouTube (Organic)

By the age of 15 years old I had ~80k subscribers on my personal YouTube channel. Within 4 years I had ~400k subscribers & 50,000,000+ organic interactions.

After being awarded a Silver Play Button from the CEO of YouTube, Susan Wojcicki, I signed a partnership deal with Warner Bros.

​

This marked the start of my YouTube career and laid the foundation for my deep understanding of all things YouTube.
